‘Our hearts are so full’: Salt Lake City coffee spot reopens after Christmas vandal damaged shop
The apartment building where Sunroom Coffee sits was also damaged. Sunroom Coffee in Salt Lake City was vandalized on Christmas Day, damaging the shop's front door, TV screen, Christmas tree, furniture, and other items. The shop had closed Friday to clean up the damage and reopened on Saturday. A man was arrested on suspicion of property damage and attempted arson, but his arrest was not specifically mentioned in the probable cause statement. The incident occurred at the same time as the previous incident at the Salt Lake Crossing apartment building where a vandalist smashed building windows, poured fuel on several floors and smashed car windows.
