The victim, 34-year old Alexander Powell, was found with several gunshot wounds and later died of his injuries. Prescott was booked into the Salt Lake County Metro Jail on suspicion of murder. The previous day, another suspect was taken into account, identified as 38 year-old Kevin Scarbourough.
