An ‘American Idol’ singer’s performance at a Utah Jazz game went viral — again
When she was 11, Paige Anne’s performance at a Jazz game went viral. Now, 8 years later, she has again gone viral at a Jazz game — but for a completely different reason Paige Anne, a singer from Idaho Falls, recently engaged to her boyfriend, Bridger Gose, following a national anthem performance at a Utah Jazz game. Anne had previously performed at a game at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City when she was just 11 years old and received a golden ticket from the "American Idol" judges after auditioning for Season 21 of the show. Her performance at the game, which went viral and launched a number of opportunities for her, was particularly surprising after she won an audition for the game in 2017. Gose had to get approval from the NBA, ESPN and the Delta Centre to perform at such a game. Since her debut Utah Jazz performance, Anne has sung the national anthem at least 10 times throughout the years.
