SALT LAKE CITY, UT — Brothers James and Timothy Gardner took a short break this afternoon from fighting to fight even more. Brothers James and Timothy Gardner, ages 10 and 12, from Salt Lake City, Utah, took a break from their daily fight to fight even more. The boys had been bickering for four hours and spent the rest of the time trying to physically harm each other. Their mother, Jenny Gardner, said they often fight often but deny accusations of excessive conflict. The brothers admitted to having fights but kept it in check. They were sent to their room after lunch and instructed not to open the door unless a broken bone was broken.
