Utah will see a mostly dry start to the week with temperatures expected across the Wasatch Front and Washington county, with a mix of sun and clouds expected. Another trough will pass through northern Utah bringing overnight showers and light mountain snow, but snow levels are expected to dip to about 6,000', allowing for a wintry mix in areas above the highest elevations. By midweek, a westerly flow will allow for a dry set up statewide, with temperatures statewide expected to reach mid-60s for northern Utah and upper 60s and low 70s for southern Utah. However, a stronger storm system is expected to impact Utah Halloween afternoon and into Sunday, potentially leading to high flood concerns in southern Utah, particularly in southern California. The heaviest precipitation is expected on Sunday.
