Participants will also be served a wine pairing for 21 and over, and a non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider. The cost of the class is free and there is no minimum experience required.

Park City Culinary Institute is offering the opportunity to learn to make pasta from scratch.

The class, taking place on Friday, March 29, 6:30-9 p.m., will focus on fresh egg pasta, pappardelle alla bolognese and shrimp scampi with fettuccine. A wine pairing will be available for guests 21 and over, and a non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider will also be served.

This class is held at the organization’s teaching kitchen, located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with the class are recipes, ingredients and all required tools.

There is no minimum experience required. Street parking is available.
